David is a true RVA local, having grown up in Byrd Park Court before settling in the Museum District and The Fan. His deep connection to the area has fueled his passion for exploring and sharing the beauty of Byrd Park with others. As the owner of Carytown Vacation Flats, just a short walk from the park, he loves welcoming visitors and helping them experience Richmond like a local.

For years, David has introduced friends, neighbors, and travelers to the park’s rich history and scenic landscapes. To him, there’s no better way to explore than by bicycle—offering an immersive way to take in the Reservoir, the lakes, the Carillon, and Dogwood Dell.
